Stretch sock with an adjustable strap that keeps the foot in a gently upward-bent position, so the sole of the foot and the calf receive a soft, even stretch while you rest. With the strap, you decide how much, and the soft material makes the sock comfortable on the sofa or at night.

  • Adjustable strap from toe to lower leg - choose your own stretch level
  • Soft, flexible material without hard parts
  • Hook-and-loop fastener - easy to put on, adjust, and remove
  • For resting, evenings, and after exercise
  • Two sizes: 35–40 and 41–46

Passive stretching while you rest

The sock fits like a regular knee-high sock. An elastic strap runs from the toe up to the band below the knee and gently holds the foot in an upward position. This provides a comfortable, passive stretch of the sole of the foot and calf - without you having to hold the position yourself.

Use it in the evening on the sofa, after a long day on your feet, or after running and exercise.

The material is soft and breathable, and the design has no rigid splints. The strap adjusts continuously with hook-and-loop fastening, allowing you to start gently and increase gradually.

How to use the sock

Put on the sock like a regular sock, fasten the band around your lower leg, and tighten the strap until you feel a comfortable stretch - never so tightly that it feels constricting. Increase gradually over time. The sock fits both the left and right foot.

Important information: The sock should feel comfortable. Stop using it if you experience numbness, tingling, or any other clear discomfort.
