Massage gun with thermal head for heat and cold
Terraillon Expert Heat & Cold is a versatile massage gun that combines percussive massage with a thermal massage head for both heat and cold. It is suitable for massaging different muscle groups before or after physical activity, or whenever you simply want to give your muscles a relaxing massage.
With 20 speed levels between 2800 and 3200 strokes per minute you can adjust the intensity to the area and your preference, while the digital touchscreen makes the settings easy to control during use.
Heat & Cold head
What sets this model apart is the included Heat & Cold massage head, which lets you combine the massage with either pleasant warmth or refreshing coolness.
Heat mode: 38 °C, 40 °C, or 42 °C for a warm and pleasant massage.
Cold mode: 20 °C, 18 °C, or 16 °C for a cooling massage.
This allows the temperature to be adjusted according to the situation, area, and the sensation you prefer.
Five massage heads
The massage gun comes with five interchangeable massage heads - four made of silicone and one thermal Heat & Cold head. The different shapes provide different contact areas and sensations depending on the body part.
Spherical head: versatile head for general massage of, for example, the arms, back, buttocks, and thighs.
Flat head: wide contact area for larger muscle groups.
Conical head: more concentrated contact for smaller areas.
U-shaped head: massages both sides of an area, such as the calf muscles.
Heat & Cold head: thermal massage head with three heat and three cooling levels.
The silicone heads provide a soft and pleasant contact surface against the body. According to the supplier, the four silicone variants are spherical, flat, conical, and U-shaped heads.
20 speeds
With all 20 speed levels you can gradually adjust the intensity from 2800 up to 3200 strokes per minute. Start at a low level and increase it according to what feels comfortable. The massage gun can be used on several larger muscle areas, such as the shoulders, back, hips, thighs, and calves.
Touchscreen and 15-minute timer
The built-in digital touchscreen provides easy control of the settings, and a 15-minute timer keeps track of the usage time and ends the session after the set cycle.
USB-C and storage case
The massage gun is charged via USB-C. The included storage bag keeps the massage gun and heads together - for example, on the way to the gym or while traveling.
Use
Attach the desired massage head before use. Start at a lower intensity and slowly move the head over the muscle group without pressing hard against the body. Then gradually increase the intensity according to what feels comfortable.
With the thermal head, select the warm or cold mode and the appropriate temperature. Be particularly careful when using the temperature function and stop if the temperature feels uncomfortable.
