Ergonomic massage gun for the whole body
Terraillon Fitness Massager is designed for anyone who wants convenient, versatile muscle massage at home or after physical activity. Six speed levels and four interchangeable massage heads let you adjust the massage to the body part and desired intensity.
Use it on several of the body's larger muscle groups, such as the arms, shoulders, back, buttocks, thighs and calves. The open, ergonomic handle provides a comfortable grip.
Six speeds – 1800 to 3200 strokes per minute
Choose between 6 speed levels from 1800 to 3200 strokes per minute. Start at the lowest level and gradually increase it until the intensity feels comfortable for the area.
- Level 1: 1800 strokes/minute
- Level 2: 2000 strokes/minute
- Level 3: 2300 strokes/minute
- Level 4: 2600 strokes/minute
- Level 5: 2900 strokes/minute
- Level 6: 3200 strokes/minute
The speeds are specified in Terraillon's own user manual for the Fitness Massager.
Four interchangeable massage heads
The package includes four massage heads with different shapes and contact surfaces, allowing you to vary the massage according to the body part.
Spherical head: versatile head for larger muscle groups, such as the arms, back, buttocks and thighs.
Flat head: wider contact surface for general massage of areas such as the legs, chest muscles and arms.
Conical head: more concentrated contact for smaller areas.
U-shaped head: massages both sides of an area, such as around the calf muscles.
The head types and their recommended uses are specified by Terraillon.
Battery and USB-C
The massage gun has a built-in rechargeable 1200 mAh battery that is charged via USB-C. A full charge takes approximately 2–3 hours and provides approximately 1–2 hours of use, depending on how the product is used. This means you do not need disposable batteries.
Automatic 10-minute timer
A built-in 10-minute timer automatically switches off the massage gun after a 10-minute session. You can then start it again if needed.
Use
Attach the desired massage head while the massage gun is switched off. Start it by pressing and holding the power/speed button – the massage gun starts at the lowest speed.
Briefly press the button to switch between the six levels. Guide the head over the muscle group with calm, controlled movements and do not press unnecessarily hard against the body. It is advisable to start at the lowest intensity and gradually increase it according to what feels comfortable.
